Claims and usage of claims

Members must pay their annual membership (this member would then be classified as in “good standing”) in order to access, mine or prospect any of American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims.  The annual payment must be received prior to the expiration their one year membership to remain in good standing. All members in good standing will be granted access to all American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims.  All members will be required to possess and display, upon request, their membership identification information for official inspection by an agent or member of management of American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  Persons mining or prospecting on American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims without the required identification may forfeit their access to American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims as determined by American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  Members will maintain proper conduct and observe all American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” rules, all local, State and Federal laws and regulations.  All members will be required to report any potential and actual dangers to American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” and/or the proper authorities immediately upon discovery of the danger.  Mining is dangerous and members understand the dangers associated with mining activity, camping, hiking and accessing public lands.  American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” will not be held liable for accidents and injuries sustained by accessing, using, mining, prospecting or any other activities on these public lands and American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims.  Each member is responsible for the safety and well-being of themselves, their family, guests and other persons who may be using the claims while they are there.  One guest is allowed access with a paid member and allowed to participate in mining/prospecting activities. The claims will be used for individual and group prospecting activities.  No member may prospect in any areas designated as off limits (typically indicated by a ribboned off section of the claim).  Remember to back fill any holes you or guests dig prior to leaving the area so as to eliminate the potential dangers associated with these activities. No member shall transfer, sell, convey or loan their membership to another person at any time.  All gold found by members and their one guest shall be for the members to keep.  Special group prospecting events will be scheduled for American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” members and guests and will be conducted by the management of American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  Any disputes and violations will be handled by American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” management.  Their decision on matters of membership and claims access shall be considered final, including sanctions and expulsion of members from the claim and American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  Littering of any kind on any American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate expulsion from all American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” lands and claims. Members and guests are solely responsible for the proper disposal and removal of their debris, garbage, pet feces, R.V. sewage etc…, cigarette butts and any other item deemed “litter”. American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” has a strict policy of “pack it in, pack it out”.  If/when the claims access contract between the member and American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” terminates or the owner of the membership lose their access for violations, the member will be notified by American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  When new or alternative claims become available, the members will be notified on American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” website at americanminingrights.com. Family pets must be kept in control and all applicable laws in regards to leashes (if required) are to be followed.  Any injuries any person may receive as a result of a pet will be the liability of the pet owner and not American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  Camp fires are only permitted if the member/guest has a valid campfire permit if required.  All campfires are to be properly and completely extinguished upon leaving any camp site for any reason.  Members/guest are required to report any violations of these rules to a management member of American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” upon discovery of any violations by another member or guest. American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims are on public lands and are not owned by American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”, do not interfere or harass any other member of the public on any of the American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” claims.  If a non-member is mining or prospecting on one of American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”, notify American Mining Rights Association “AMRA” immediately.  Obtain their license plate (if available) and do not engage in a dispute.  No commercial equipment shall be allowed on any American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.  The rules and regulations, terms and conditions may be altered, modified and updated at any time by American Mining Rights Association “AMRA”.
