Expect a very, very sharp increase in filing costs next year. Strictly along party lines, the Democrats have passed SB2 which will add $75.00 to $250.00 for each recorded item next year.
California has taxed us so much, it is now unbearable in this state. And they wonder why small and large businesses are fleeing this once great state.
We are not being represented, we are having an agenda shoved right down our throats, like it or not. Calling it the “affordable housing bill” is putting lipstick on a dead, rotting possum.
Mining claims are considered real property (we pay property taxes on them) and will be part of this new bill. For those who own multiple claims, get ready to get gouged like you have never imagined.
