It is time to find out “specifically” what proof the CA DFW has (if anything) where they show even ONE fish was ever harmed by suction dredging in California.

Citations related to suction dredging and terminology “harms to fish”.

Dear Mr. Stopher:

American Mining Rights Association is submitting to you a request under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for all documents, including but not limited to, citations, handwriting, typewriting, printing, Photostatting, photographing and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing any form of communication or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds or symbols or combinations thereof, electronic, digital or magnetic or computer generated medium, files, notes, emails correspondence, communication logs, available to the CDFW that pertain to, reference, or in any other manner relate to the citations issued regarding suction dredging. In addition, any and all references made to any fish which was harmed or is referenced by “harms to fish”, documents, including but not limited to, citations, handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing any form of communication or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds or symbols or combinations thereof, electronic, digital or magnetic or computer generated medium, files, notes, emails correspondence, communication logs, available to the CDFW.
