We’ve just received a call from a small-scale miner in Montana we’ve been helping for the past few months on issues he’s had with the USFS not approving his Plan of Operations (PoO).
After several years of delays and outright deceptive tactics by the USFS, AMRA and the miner had a conference call about a month ago where we educated the USFS on the miners rights, the law, case precedence and their charter created by Congress.
We are happy to announce Dennis is mining as of yesterday….just in time for the 2019 season. Go get it Dennis, you’ve waited long enough!
